Our Team


Goh Rachel, Chef

Following her graduation from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, she started working at esteemed kitchens such as Restaurant Labyrinth and Restaurant Zen, before joining the opening teams for several concepts under the Ebb and Flow Group. Rachel's love for food then led her to New York City, where she spent a year as a tournant at Naro, bringing her exciting experiences and vision back to Singapore.

Yeow Jingyi, Chef

After graduating from Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, she embarked on her culinary journey, gaining experience at renowned establishments like Adrift in Marina Bay Sands and The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando.  Moving on to fine dining restaurants such as Restaurant Zen and Les Amis. Seeking to expand her repertoire, she ventured into diverse culinary concepts, contributing to the opening teams of Social Smoker, a smokehouse, and Naro in New York City.

Our Story


After our time in New York City, we gained a newfound appreciation for the depth and complexity of Singaporean cuisine. This inspired us to celebrate its rich tapestry of flavors, previously dismissed as 'cheap' fare, and to share its intricacies and cultural significance with others, fostering a deeper understanding and pride in our culinary heritage.
